This Tuesday, October 1st, the Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the civic-military-police union has allowed Venezuela to emerge victorious from the attacks of enemies against the Homeland.
In that regard, during the meeting with the Expanded Superior General Staff of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), he recalled that Venezuela has had the task of confronting the enemy from all fronts, in person and through deterrence.
“We have overcome all kinds of situations: attempted assassination with drones, made public and notorious; (...) there have been attempts at invasion, that of Táchira in that Battle of the Bridges, where exactly on the ground we experienced one of the first experiences of civic-military-police union. The entire organized people, together with their FANB and its police forces and the political high command, defeated them, and then the other times the other attempts at invasion have had the same fate,” he said.
He said that one of the most important characteristics of all these victories is that we have kept us all united as a single block.
For this reason, he extended recognition and congratulations to the People and especially to the FANB, “because I doubt that there is a sector more attacked than our soldiers, our officers; they have persecuted them, harassed them, their families, and they have remained firm, loyal to the People, to the Homeland, to the Military Doctrine, to the Commander (Hugo) Chávez and to the Revolution,” he stressed.
“I have always said that whoever messes with an officer, with a soldier, messes with everyone, with the entire Military family,” he emphasized and highlighted everything it took to rescue the image and trust of the People in the FANB, which during the Fourth Republic was used to massacre a people.
