Diosdado Cabello stressed that the dialogues between the governments of Venezuela and the United States continue to take place directly and without the presence of the opposition.

“The gringos left out María Corina Machado, despite the fact that she said that without her there would be no dialogue, and they called Nicolás Maduro because he was the president of the country and also because no one talks to the one who leaves,” he said.

He reiterated that President Maduro announced that he would resume the dialogue and presented the conditions among which are that these talks be public.

“The secretariat is over, we are going to resume the Doha talks with the United States without peeks or rice cooks,” he said.
