The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, stated that these programs conducted by longliners abroad exist because they are named in the program Con el Mazo Dando.
He dismissed that the opposition points out that he uses for the benefit of the Bolivarian Revolution, “the fights between them, I don't use them, what I do is take them out, everyone interprets them as they want to interpret them.”
As an example, he mentioned the section about those who don't miss the Deck, “really, I make the Deck thanks to them, because they say stupid things all the time and we bring them out here”.
“I don't charge for that, now those programs exist because the Mazo names them, because if we don't name them, I wouldn't name them and nobody would see them,” he said.
Cabello argued that these longliners “get paid and live crazy because we name them here in El Mazo”.
“These bugs hammer businessmen, restaurant owners with something they call exchange,” he said.
