Cabello: The US is 11 years late in the investigation for diverting funds because it didn't suit them (+Goudreau)

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that the investigation being carried out by the United States for the diversion of funds is 11 years late, because it did not suit them.

During the edition of the radio program “Sin Truco Ni Maña”, broadcast by Radio Nacional de Venezuela (RNV) and community broadcasters, Cabello said that the Bolivarian Government has been investigating since 2014.

He also said that Jordan Goudreau, through a video, came out to say that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) covered up the investigation to favor Leopoldo López and Juan Guaidó.

“Goudreau said that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was always aware of what they were going to do in Venezuela,” he said.

Cabello said that Goudreau is a mercenary, a murderer, a bad guy who tried to attack our country. “We gave the coordinates of where the mercenaries were training in Colombia, financed by Doble Rueda, a friend of former Colombian president, Iván Duque.”

He asserted that Goudreau is part of a criminal network, but since they are accusing him, he only came out to say who was with him. “That man signed a contract with Guaidó who didn't sign anything without López's consent,” he added.
