Cabello: The rank and file of the party are the ones who make the decisions

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that the rank and file of the party are always those who make the decisions. This is what he said when asked about the methods for choosing candidates for the upcoming elections.
“A proposal will come out of the Congress (of the party) but the bases decide and guide. Everything that comes out of there will surely be taken to your office,” he said.
