The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, confirmed the political organization's absolute support for the delegation representing the Bolivarian Government in the process of national dialogue, led by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodriguez.
During the party's weekly press conference, Cabello Rondón highlighted the trajectory and commitment of the members of the table, including Jorge Arreaza, Pedro Infante, América Pérez, Génesis Garvett and Ana María Sanjuán, who in his opinion are constantly listening and formulating proposals for the country's stability.
“They get together, listen and make the proposals they have to make. The PSUV feels fully represented by the delegation that is there at that dialogue table, the one designated by us. We fully trust the extraordinary work of our team,” said Cabello Rondón.
Regarding complaints from certain opposition spokespersons about alleged exclusions from negotiations, Cabello emphasized that the call for dialogue is open to all Venezuelans interested in making constructive contributions. “I have heard both comrade Jorge Rodríguez and the opposition spokespersons say that everyone is invited, the thing is that there are people waiting for an invitation with golden ties,” he said.
“If I feel fully represented by Jorge Rodríguez and by our entire team. If they are divided in the opposition and don't feel represented it's not our fault, that's why there's a delegation from each sector,” he emphasized.
