The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that it is fundamental and extremely important to develop the principle of Swarm Theory, in order to create a strong Defense and Communication Network for the Bolivarian Revolution.

He recalled that the idea of the Swarm Theory was put on the table, at the time, by Commander Hugo Chávez, who stressed that “he is a genius”.

He recalled that in 2001, 2002 or 2003 at most, networks were not developed and Commander Chávez's common sense led him to study the topic, which is based on the behavior of a swarm of bees, who “have a high level of communication”.

Cabello, his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 475, said that “a swarm, let's study that (...) is what there is right now, you can apply your own protocol to that swarm, to that network, that is, your own algorithm”.

“It transmits, what needs to be transmitted, not garbage, because there are comrades who echo even absurd things, and they say it and repeat it, in addition to a very light way of pointing out leaders of the Revolution because someone said it,” he rejected.

He also argued that a revolutionary's first mistake “is to believe in the version (of a fact) of an opponent.”

For that reason, he highlighted the need for the study, “new things come out every day (...) to work with, tools, applications”.

He also stated that a PSUV communication network would not only be for doing politics, but also for serving the human being.

He also stressed that even the aforementioned Network must have an international reach, “the idea is that when something happens in Argentina, it will be immediately known here and we will be able to defend the Argentine people from here.”

“When something happens in Cuba, we will be able to defend the Cuban people from here,” he added.
