The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, December 4, highlighted that with the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, people with disabilities began to receive due attention.

He stressed that in the Fourth Republic, people with any condition were not treated, “I hid it and Chávez told us that we had to take care of them, love them.”

In this regard, Cabello, his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 506, stated that despite their difficulties, these people “are able to communicate from their condition, what we need is to treat them differently, maybe it's us who don't understand them.”

“You see a child who can't speak, he immediately learns sign language, learns his language. They are geniuses and they always have a smile,” he said.

Cabello said that when you burn them to greet them, “you get charged with that energy that they have, it's a beautiful, beautiful energy”.
