The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that the Bolivarian Government will continue to defend Venezuelan migrants wherever they are.

“We have received from the Government of El Salvador and the Government of the United States, in response, the arrogance, the arrogance of knowing that they violate the human rights of our migrants,” said Cabello Rondón, from Simón Bolívar International Airport, in Maiquetía, La Guaira state.

Cabello emphasized that at some point these governments will have to respond to justice, to the calls that Venezuela has made and to the demands to ensure the human rights of Venezuelans anywhere in the world.

He asserted that migrants kidnapped in El Salvador have not committed a single crime in that country, so they cannot be tried there and if they committed crimes in the United States they must be tried by the North American justice system.

On the other hand, Cabello said that all the migrants who have arrived in Venezuela have been interviewed and have told how the coyotes took him away, some were kidnapped and humiliated.

“Political parties signed letters to them saying that these Venezuelans were being subjected to political persecution and were being charged, that had a price and coming to the United States had another price, and then they were left alone,” he added.
