The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reiterated that, despite the fact that the right wing and its media demonized the Bolivarian Circles and accused them of all kinds of insults, on April 11, 12 and 13, 2002, they were the ones who came out to demand the return of the ousted President, Hugo Chávez.

“I was always the coordinator of the Bolivarian Circle, because no one has yet dismissed me and at that time they accused us of anything and all the barbarities; that we had tanks, rifles, grenades and even missiles, but on April 11, 2002, they came out unarmed or with broomsticks in their hands, but charged with the dignity of a people,” he said.
