The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reaffirmed that revolutionary forces will continue to promote “popular organization to prevent the right wing from taking over the streets of Venezuela with violence.”

In this regard, during the PSUV press conference, he highlighted the formation and swearing in of 1,416 Popular Units for Peace (UPPAZ) last weekend.

He stressed that the UPPAZ and the Bolivarian Fury are components that complement each other to preserve the tranquility and peace of communities in the country.

“They want to cover up their failures with violence, which is why UPPAZ takes on strength and great importance in the popular organization, UPPAZ - Bolivarian Fury, Bolivarian Fury - UPPAZ,” he said.

He also stressed that in this way, exercises will continue to be carried out to mobilize, organize and train the People.

“They are not going to bring violence back to Venezuela,” Cabello criticized the Venezuelan opposition.
