This Thursday, April 11, the head of the parliamentary faction for the Bloc de la Patria, deputy Diosdado Cabello Rondón, said that 22 years do not seem to be enough to reflect on the events that occurred in Venezuela on April 11, 12 and 13.

“This story has not been finished writing, I was asking about the opposition sectors because I thought that some after 22 years had actually reflected on what happened that in 2022, it would seem that not,” he said, referring to the opposition group that was absent in today's session in the National Assembly.

In this regard, he indicated that the events of April 11 are not only consequences in themselves of that date, but that “it is a consequence of the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez to power in 1998.

He recalled how the Town was before the Commander arrived. “From the abandonment of a People, the persecution, the repression of the People, the young people, the persecution and death of more than 11,000 young Venezuelans, of whom 3,000 have not yet been found,” he said and noted that it was with the Revolution that those debts to Venezuelans were settled.
