Cabello on the 25M elections: In the PSUV and the GPP we prepare in perfect union!

This Monday, April 07, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the revolutionary forces are preparing in perfect union for the elections on May 25 convened by the National Electoral Council (CNE).

“We have already defined our candidates for governorates, defined the colleagues who go through the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) to the National Assembly (AN), to the Legislative Councils, in perfect union, like a great team, the Bolivarian Revolution team,” he said during a PSUV press conference.

In this regard, he specified that according to the CNE schedule, the registrations of candidates will be from April 07 to 11; from May 25 to 24, witness accreditation; the campaign will be from April 29 to May 22; the election fair from April 29 to May 23 and the Electoral Simulation on May 4.

He recalled that parallel to this schedule, the National Popular Consultation is scheduled for April 27. “All this is part of the participatory and leading democracy that is experienced in Venezuela, real, direct, of our people, let the people decide,” he said.

“In 48 days, in 7 weeks, there will be elections in this country for governors, National Assembly and State Legislative Councils, a tight schedule, each governor will present his government plan at the time of registration, a work done in accordance with the Homeland Plan and the 7 Transformations,” he said.
