The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, indicated on Monday that the country's justice system has released more than 300 people involved in the post-electoral acts of violence promoted by the fascist right, after President Nicolás Maduro asked to review all the cases.
“The President, Head of State, who might feel entrenched because they tried to tear him down, asked that all the causes be reviewed and people are leaving, more than 300 have already left,” Cabello said during the usual weekly press conference of the red awning.
He indicated that the remarkable thing “is that they abandoned these people, they left them and their families alone, what happens to them doesn't hurt at all, what happens to them doesn't hurt at all,” he said of the leaders of extremism who use detainees only as a political flag, so they should not be released from prison.
