Cabello on NGO Oversight Act: They're going to have to explain where the funds come from

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, recalled that during the regular session of the National Assembly (AN), this Tuesday, the Law on Supervision, Regularization, Action and Financing of Non-Governmental and Related Organizations would be approved.
During the usual red awning press conference, this Monday, Cabello highlighted that the alleged NGOs funded by the United States (USA) to overthrow the Bolivarian Government “are going to have to explain where the funds come from” and say how they spend them.
“It's a historic debt that we owe to pass that law to bring things to the next level (...) Those who are going to come out screaming are those who are receiving money from abroad, those are the first to scream, who also fall for the coba of foreign governments, because they have been giving them money for years with the story that they are going to overthrow the government and they haven't been able to overthrow it, we're going to help us gringos to use that money well and not cheat them here in Venezuela,” he said.
