Cabello on Con Maduro +: Housing construction has not stopped in the country

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, stated that “housing construction has never stopped in the country (...) we could have built much more without the blockade, sanctions and persecution against our people”.
He said this in the Con Maduro+ program held on the night of this Monday, June 10, where he added that “we have been complying in spite of everything.”
He stressed that in the afternoon of this Monday he participated in a video conference with Social Movements and parties from 82 countries.
He commented that they “had a hard time believing that the Government would build housing for the people because in their countries right-wing governments don't do it, because they see housing as a commodity.”
