Diosdado Cabello assured that those linked to the conspiracies against the Venezuelan State, “are cowards, the 'I didn't go, 'murderers and traitors to the Homeland who don't have the courage to assume what they are doing.”

This is what he said when commenting on the video of the confession of former captain Ányelo Heredia, about which he commented that “they transmit with their speech what they are”.

“This isn't captain anything, he's a downcast with half a turn,” said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

During his program Con el Mazo Dando, on broadcast 462, he noted that when he was active as a military man, he was part of a Council of Honor on several occasions and when someone had a very serious offence he was referred to that council.

“When the person is found guilty of a very serious offense to military honor, we proceed with an act that we call expelled with half a turn: He stands in front of the person who had the fault or the crime and the whole battalion turns their backs on him,” he explained.

In this regard, he pointed out that the above-mentioned procedure was applied to the soldiers recently expelled from the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
