Cabello: Law for the Defense of Guiana Esequiba is a model for the world and must be complied with

In a regular session of the National Assembly (AN) this Thursday, the head of the patriotic caucus, Deputy Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that, with the approval of the Organic Law for the Defense of Guiana Esequiba, unity was demonstrated in defense of the entire country.

“On such a transcendental topic (El Essequibo) as this one, it speaks a lot about this patriotic spirit, about this spirit that must unite us under any circumstance, in defense of our own,” emphasized Cabello Rondón before the plenary session.

In this regard, he stressed that the National Parliament has vindicated the Venezuelan right to defend the territory with a law “that is a model and must serve those who make decisions in the world so that they are very clear about what our decision will be from now on, that law must comply,” he said.

He pointed out that large transnational corporations began to speak out against the approval of the legal instrument, specifically Article 27, because “they're talking about silver, they're already screaming and that means that we did the right thing, what interests the defense of Venezuelans and Venezuelans.”

He especially thanked Deputy Hermann Escarrà for his wisdom in his contribution to this law, to the Committee on Internal Policy, to all those who love the Fatherland who made history with the approval of this legal instrument.
