Cabello: In Venezuela we are up against fascism

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that in Venezuela “we are up against fascism.”

“We are up against fascism and we are going to defeat it (...) We are here men and women and we are soldiers of Palestine, we are soldiers of peace,” he said, during his speech this Saturday at the march to commemorate the two months since the victory of President Nicolás Maduro.

Cabello recognized the courage and dignity of the Palestinian People, and in the name of the People of Venezuela he raised his voice to “repudiate, to reject the genocide of Israeli Zionism against the People of Palestine, to reject terrorist attacks directed by Israel against Lebanon, to reject war and to reject violence, but also to vindicate the historic right that Palestine has over the lands occupied by Israeli Zionism”.

The Minister of Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, took the opportunity to reiterate the solidarity of the Venezuelan People and Government, since “from here, modestly, we raise our voices and give a hug to the Palestinian People; a hug to all the People of Lebanon and we ask them not to give up, that they do not give up because the People of Venezuela are with them.”
