The Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, pointed out that the recent statements of the American mercenary Jordan Goudreau seem to indicate that he accuses Leopoldo López and Juan Guaidó as agents of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)

“Goudreau is a mercenary, murderer, criminal who tried to attack our country (...) it all seems that Juan Guaidó and Leopoldo López are CIA agents, according to what Goudreau says because they protected them (Guaidó and López) because an investigation was coming and they told the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation): 'No, here is the CIA' and they have to back down, so are the powers there,” he said Cabello during the radio program Sin Truco ni Mañana.

Cabello recalled that Jorge Rodríguez gave the coordinates of the mercenary training camp in Colombia, financed by a friend of Iván Duque, alias Double Wheel, for Operation Gideon led by Goudreau.

“He signed a contract with Guaidó and he didn't sign anything without Leopoldo López's orders. Goudreau, a criminal who is upside down, convicted and confessed, has sued Guaidó in the United States for breach of contract,” he stressed.

It should be noted that the mercenary Jordan Goudreau sent a message to Elon Musk and accused him of corruption against fugitives Juan Guaidó and Leopoldo López, and maintains that he has recordings and audios that prove his participation in conspiracy plans.

“Four and a half years ago I was investigated by the FBI and now the FBI is investigating Juan Guaidó for fraud against the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), I had evidence of this,” he said through the social network Instagram.

He assured that the FBI knew that the CIA was behind Operation Gideon, they protected Guaidó and Leopoldo López.
