This Wednesday, October 28, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, questioned sectors of the opposition that are calling for mobilizations to provoke and try to generate disturbances in the country.

“Today, for example, they were a group to provoke, this is a demonstration called by the opposition days in advance, they come out to provoke the police officers who are there,” Cabello said during his show Con el Mazo Dando No. 587.

In this regard, he denounced the aggression of a policeman by that opposition group that came out to demonstrate today. “That little group beat a policeman, so when the person who beat the policeman is arrested and they are recorded, you are already going to hear the story, but fortunately everything is recorded, you will be presented to the authorities,” he said.

He also referred to those extremist sectors that also come out to try to generate a reaction. “Others come out to provoke you to respond to them, so that you name them, no, here we are going to name those we want and when we consider them. We're going to lower the volume for liars, until they disappear from the media,” he said.

He reaffirmed that, despite this, the revolutionary forces will not give in to provocations. “We have seen this film several times, here the best thing is to preserve the peace and tranquility of this country, so those who come to try to promote disorder, disorder or generate violence are going to be left wanting, we are warning them in time,” he said.
