Cabello: Extremist Opposition Uses Media to Misinform the People

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the extremist opposition uses the media to misinform the Venezuelan people, since they manipulate information through their longliners.

This was emphasized when referring to a publication by the longliner Eugenio Martínez, about the publication of electoral records by the National Electoral Council (CNE), “this guy should know that the CNE does not publish minutes, because supposedly he is an electoral expert”.

“But his role is not that of an electoral expert, his role is as a political agent: misinforming, he knows, and he launches that,” he explained.

In this regard, Cabello, his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 489, stressed that the background of his publication, “is that they invade us, well, that they intervene in us, that is the substance of his message, the rest is nonsense.”

“You have to believe the experts and not believe the People, who were the ones who voted,” he emphasized.

For this reason, Cabello ruled that “this is how they manipulate, use the media, by paid longliners.”
