The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, in his Con El Mazo Dando program, criticized figures linked to the opposition who were part of the mafias that extorted money from the governments of the Fourth Republic and now come to give their opinion on corruption.

He said that people like Miguel Henrique Otero tried to take advantage of his privilege as editor of a media outlet to get the State to award him a telephone frequency at auction and then sell it to the highest bidder.

“He expected that I, as president of CONATEL at that time, would give him a frequency to sell it and now they want to talk about corruption when everyone knows that they are rascals since the Fourth Republic,” he said.
