Cabello dispels the lies of longwriter David Alandete: In the United States you are known as a creator of fake news, a liar

During the broadcast of his weekly Con El Mazo Dando program, Diosdado Cabello Rondón dismissed the lies spread by the Spanish longliner David Alandete about alleged private flights between Venezuela and Türkiye in which he said he was moving the assets of the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

“It says, 'a reliable source', I imagine it's me,” he ironized and remarked that the publication admits the lack of evidence by pointing to alleged “sources” that Alandete himself accepts that he has not been able to independently corroborate.

“Why do you put me there? I know why you're doing it! Because you want to be in the news. In the United States, you are known as a creator of fake news, as a liar, a feeder, where are the ethics?” , said and also warned that “after here comes the swarm of other media that repeat the same false information”.

In that regard, he lamented the moral decay of the international corporate press that resorts to systematic deception against the Bolivarian Revolution. “Journalism right now lives without ethics, forgive me the journalists who use ethics in their profession, but that journalism lives on lies, fake news and deception,” he said.

Cabello invoked the thought and popular song of Ali Primera to urge the Venezuelan people not to be demoralized by campaigns of psychological manipulation.

“'Hold the people's hearts with your word so they don't fall'. Who sang that? Ali Primera. To those who are missing you have to answer them like this... They continue to mount their hatred. You know them, they are not journalists, they are hate activists,” he said.
