Cabello: Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc for the 21st Century will change what needs to change

During his Con El Mazo Dando program, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that starting this Thursday the Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc for the 21st Century will be held to “change everything that needs to change”.
“We are going to the Congress of the 7T (7 transformations) with the 7F (seven forces) and the 5G (5 generations) to change everything that needs to be changed and to transform everything that deserves it,” he said.
He stressed that one of the documents, or perhaps the fundamental one for this congress, is that of Bolívar in Angostura. “This document is a piece of a statesman, what Father Bolivar does is a political piece, because there he speaks of established and practiced equality. There is everything that socialist and patriotic Venezuela is!”
