The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, denounced this Monday the great media campaign and censorship that exists against our country and the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

In this regard, during the discussion on Forms of Organization of the Bolivarian Revolution with leaders of social movements and political parties around the world, he said that as part of this censorship against Venezuela on social networks and the big media, the great mobilizations that are in support of the National Government are shown as if they were counterrevolutionary protests.

“They don't fool us, but someone in the world might think that this is a protest against President Maduro and against the Bolivarian Revolution and that's not the case, it's a demonstration of support,” Cabello said.

He also stressed that today what is experienced in the streets is like when Commander Hugo Chávez was in the days of Commander Hugo Chávez. “It's an expression of fervor, of passion, they are expressions of love from our people (...) what I'm seeing is very similar to what I experienced with the Commander or the like,” he said, referring to the fact that President Maduro is in the streets next to the People.

“We are on the right track for July 28, we know that the opposition, after the results are announced, will sing fraud and call for violence, we alert you, as we have told our people, because international solidarity is fundamental, support between peoples is essential in these cases,” he said.
