The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, questioned which opposition sectors intend to associate the image of Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda only with his days in La Carraca.

During the 588th broadcast of his Con El Mazo Dando program, he pointed out that it is sad that they only use the photo of Francisco de Miranda imprisoned in La Carraca.

“If anyone had a free thought all his life, it was Francisco de Miranda who took him to travel the world,” he emphasized.

Cabello Rondón recalled that the Generalissimo was hidden, accused of a thousand things, until Commander Hugo Chávez arrived and took him out of La Carraca and sent him to the streets as well.

“When she was 22, Miranda left this country and returned 40 years later, with the same idea of free deliberation to Venezuela. But the opposition sector only puts it in La Carraca,” he said.
