The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, announced this Friday the next activation of the Peace Quadrants in each communal circuit of Petare, in the Sucre municipality of Miranda state.

“For next week we will be organizing and delivering the Petare Peace Quadrants, with the necessary equipment of vehicles, motorcycles, radios, telephones, for the security of this sector, which is definitely moving to a new stage. After the scourge of some gangs that operated there, the Sucre municipality is now beginning a new phase,” he said.

During the activation of the National Hall of the Popular Government System, headed by President Nicolás Maduro, Cabello pointed out that this is a phase “of tranquility, of peace, of coexistence and that is the People.

He indicated that, in addition, the operating, communications, command, control and telecommunications rooms that will be connected to the Peace Quadrants are active throughout the country. “These are the monitoring rooms and in those places we have, for example, if someone needs an ambulance, Civil Protection can provide them with support,” he explained.

He pointed out that in the coming days, all the cameras that are in the checkpoints of the National Guard will be connected, throughout the national territory, “so that we can monitor what is happening anywhere in Venezuela in real time, instantly.”

“I think this will give us a lot more peace of mind and be more efficient at work so as not to repeat. For example, there is something new in a sector, we already know which body is going to go to, not all the organizations are going to repeat efforts, but we are oriented according to what is needed in the sector. Peace is consolidated through the Popular System of Government,” he emphasized.
