This Wednesday, March 12, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, emphasized that the Black Hipolita Mission has been doing a great job and now since its reactivation it has managed to serve 1,343 people who were on the streets.
“The Black Hipolita Mission is doing a great job on the street (...) right now we relaunched it and from January 16 to March 9 of this year, 1,343 brothers and sisters have been treated (...) of whom 1,066 are men, 231 are women and 46 boys, girls and adolescents,” Cabello said, noting that they are cared for in the mission's coat houses.
In this regard, during his Con El Mazo Dando program No. 518, he noted that the Bolivarian Government will continue to be deployed to serve all people who are in street situations.
He pointed out, together with the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, he spoke of the need to multiply actions to search for all the comrades and companions who are on the street and treat them as human beings.
For this reason, he called on State officials, party comrades and all bodies to join in this task. “That's a daily job, I asked her to join, that's not just Negra Hipólita's job, that's everyone's task,” he said.
He announced that the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, authorized the adaptation of a site to continue serving these colleagues.
Faced with the sectors, they come to question the actions of the Bolivarian Government through the Black Mission Hipolita, he asserted that the Revolution does not cover up problems, on the contrary it faces them to settle that debt that has a historical root. At the same time, he pointed out that if the right came to power, those comrades would be a number like they were in the Fourth Republic.
