Bolivian Foreign Minister expressed confidence in the Venezuelan electoral system

The ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to
the Plurinational State of Bolivia, César Trómpia, held a meeting with the foreign minister of this sister country, Celinda Sosa, and the
vice-chancellor Elmer
Catarina, with the objective of talking about the expectations and progress of the Venezuelan electoral process.
During the meeting, the Chief of Mission shared a detailed
overview of the political and social environment
in Venezuela on the eve of the presidential election this Sunday, July 28.
He specified that ten
candidates are participating in this electoral contest, reflecting a wide range of options for the Venezuelan electorate.
Trómpia stressed the importance of audits before and
after the electoral process, which are carried out rigorously to
ensure the transparency and reliability of the electoral system.
In addition, he emphasized the security measures
implemented, highlighting the presence of international observers and
representatives of all political parties, both the opposition and the
ruling party, who will oversee the process.
Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa expressed the support of the
Plurinational State of Bolivia, highlighting the friendship between the two revolutions.
In addition, he expressed his confidence in the
Venezuelan electoral system and rejected the lies campaigns spread by the
international press, reaffirming his position on Venezuela's side of truth.
The meeting concluded with a mutual commitment to continue
strengthening diplomatic ties between Venezuela and Bolivia, and with the
hope that the electoral process in the Bolivarian nation will be an example
of participation and democracy for the region.
