Bolivarian Shield 2025 will optimize interoperability between FANB, the People and the Security Agency

The Bolivarian Shield 2025 military exercises, convened by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, will serve to optimize, in their different phases, the interoperability between organized people, military units and citizen security bodies, said Defense Minister G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

In a statement released this Monday, the senior military official explained that these maneuvers will implement operations that guarantee the country's military defense and internal order, ensuring the functioning of basic services and the security of strategic facilities.

The Bolivarian National Armed Forces informs the Venezuelan people that on January 22 and 23, the first “Bolivarian Shield 2025" exercise will be held in defense of peace and democracy.

It fills us with unfathomable pride that the entire nation has begun a new year marked by the triumph of democracy and institutionality, evidenced and consolidated on January 10, with the swearing in and taking office of citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros as Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, our Commander in Chief, for the period 2025-2031. However, internal and external enemies, in their frustration, do not cease to generate threats and aggressions to cause anxiety and instability, but they will never succeed.

This new popular military police exercise will be carried out at a superlative strategic, operational and tactical level, optimizing in its different phases the interoperability between organized people, military units and Public Security Organs, deploying multiple weapons systems and mixed Rapid Reaction Units (URRA) with greater synchronization. In this way, operations that guarantee the country's military defense and internal order will be implemented, ensuring the operation of basic services and the security of strategic facilities, while making our cities and borders impregnable throughout the national geographical space.

The sons and daughters of Bolívar and Chávez do not rest on their irreducible commitment to safeguarding the dignity, freedom, sovereignty and independence of our beloved homeland.
