Bolivarian Government treats grandparents of Independence with a full medical day

The Government is making progress in actions that benefit the People

A total of 148 older adults from four grandparents' homes in the Independencia municipality, in Miranda state, received comprehensive medical care through a social day, promoted by the Bolivarian Government.

According to the information issued by the Government during the activity, medical consultations, vaccination days and delivery of medications for chronic diseases and other pathologies were carried out.

The mayor of the jurisdiction, Rayner Pulido, said that “thanks to the policies of the president, Nicolás Maduro, and our, Governor Héctor Rodríguez, we ensure our grandparents the best medical care to guarantee their quality of life.”

The care homes that received medical attention were: Las Poderosas, Negra Matea, Abuelos de mi Alma and Ciudad Losada.

“This day was held in coordination with the secretariats of Older Adults, Social Policies, Missions, the Directorate of Health and staff of the local mayor's office,” said Pulido.
