The Ministry of Popular Power for Public Works, through its entity attached to the Foundation Specialized in the Quality Control of Public Works (Fundalanavial), successfully completed the emptying of 53 cubic meters of concrete for the mezzanine and roof slabs of a new Integral Community Center in the parish of El Valle in Caracas.

This work includes a two-level building plus a roof terrace built on a metal structure arched in two directions, designed to respond to the needs of communities and integrate popular sectors through decent spaces.

The project is designed to concentrate in one place the holding of meetings, medical care, cultural activities, reception of requests and control of local projects.

To this end, the infrastructure will have a terrace, parking and a total of 19 functional areas intended for social development, neighborhood planning and community gathering.

Among the most outstanding spaces that will make up this new comprehensive center are the Grandparents' House aimed at the protection of older adults, the Primary Care Office dedicated to preventive health, the Self-Government Room designed for community organization and the Mission Base focused on the articulation of social protection.
