A total of 124 apartments per building are being rehabilitated in the Pórtico del Ávila Residences, in the San Bernardino parish of Caracas, where construction brigades serve four towers to benefit 490 families affected by the double earthquake, said Jacqueline Faria, president of the Great Venezuela Renace Mission.
Faria, through his Telegram channel, indicated that together with the president of the Together Everything Is Possible Corporation, Aníbal Coronado, he verified the progress of the work and verified the quality of the finishes and compliance with the manual of the Presidential Commission for the Evaluation of Infrastructure Habitability.
“The entire State set to work on this task; each building has 124 apartments and 490 families served,” said Fanía, who congratulated the engineers for the rigorous application of the manual.
Coronado explained that the towers behaved excellently from a structural point of view, although the double earthquake caused damage to masonry from the first to the sixth floor. “We have seven weeks planned for each tower,” he said.
