Approximately 20 thousand 100 families in Araure, Portuguese state, will benefit from the rehabilitation of the Villas del Pilar Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI).


According to the publication of the newspaper Última Noticias, Yelitza Ortíz, the only health authority in the region, this center guarantees free health care to the 81,143 inhabitants of Villas del Pilar and adjacent sectors, including San José, San Francisco, María Auxiliadora, Vencadores de Araure and Valle Fresco.


It was also known that the recovery included repairs and improvements to infrastructure and the provision of high-tech equipment.

Among the services that CDI Villas del Pilar offers to the population are general medicine and ophthalmology clinics, as well as clinical laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound to give patients an early diagnosis.

“The center also has emergency rooms, intermediate care and hospitalization rooms, the latter with a capacity of 11 beds,” the newspaper reported.
