As part of the Great Mother Earth Venezuela Mission, a total of 163 nursery experts from the country's 24 states participated in the II Meeting of Nursery Practices and Experiences.

In the account of the social network Instragam, the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism (MINEC), reported that the event held at the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Recreational Park, in Caracas, had as its main objective to promote the exchange of knowledge and skills to strengthen nursery work in the national territory.

The day was promoted by the MINEC, the Tree Mission, the National Institute of Parks (INPARQUES) and Nurseries of Venezuela (VIVEN), institutions that work together to advance vertex two of the Great Mother Earth Mission, called Sowing for Life, which seeks to promote the creation and development of dynamic nurseries throughout the country.

The plan projects the activation of 200 institutional nurseries, five thousand 338 community nurseries and 40 private nurseries over a period of three years.

These nurseries not only contribute to the production of forest and fruit plants, but they also represent a key strategy for environmental recovery, the preservation of biodiversity and the strengthening of ecosocialist consciousness in the population.

In addition, these initiatives seek to involve communities in the planning and execution of nursery projects, creating spaces for citizen participation and promoting values such as sustainability and solidarity. Community nurseries will be essential to generate employment, support the local economy and ensure the distribution of plants across the country.

With this collective effort, the Great Mother Earth Mission reaffirms its commitment to building an ecosocialist model that protects Venezuela's natural heritage and ensures a sustainable future for future generations.

The creation of nurseries is an important step on the road to the consolidation of a green and vibrant country.
