Bolivarian Government placed more than 1,200 tons of asphalt on the Maracaibo Lake Bridge

These works began last weekend and are estimated to last 30 days.

To date , the Ministry of People's Power for Transport has placed more than 1,200 tons of asphalt on the Bridge over Lake Maracaibo G/J Rafael Urdaneta, to improve mobility in this important infrastructure.

According to a post on the Instagram account of the aforementioned ministerial body, the asphalt is being placed in the direction of Punta Iguana and Punta de Piedra, in Maracaibo, in the state of Zulia.

He explains that these works are part of a plan for the distribution of 20,000 tons of asphalt on the bridge to strengthen mobility to the western region.

These works, which began last weekend and are estimated to last 30 days, will serve 16 kilometers of roads, and are being carried out jointly with the Corporation for the Development of the Zulian Region (CORPOZULIA), the Ministry of People's Power for Petroleum and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) .
