Bolivarian Government held preparatory meeting for Chapter II for the Congress of the Historical Bloc

This Tuesday, December 17, more than 300 representatives and leaders of social movements, political parties, spokeswomen and popular spokespersons attended the Venezuelan School of Planning in Caracas, to begin the first preparatory meeting for what will be the Second Chapter of the Great Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc.
Regarding the event, the coordinator of the Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc, Ricardo Menénde z, during his participation in this preliminary meeting, explained that in the Second Chapter of the Congress, said Bloc “will be faced with the great encounters of transformation, great tasks linked to our People to build happiness”.
The also sectoral vice-president of Planning, in statements to Venezolana de Televisión, said that the Congress “is a permanent ground cable.” In this regard, he pointed out that “spaces for permanent participation are a change in political vision as a great epicenter for the construction of new methods of government.”
Menéndez said that the challenges posed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, for the next presidential term correspond to an unprecedented transformation of Venezuelan society.
“For the next presidential term, the President has presented us with the challenge that has to do with changes in methods, with changes in forms, with changes in how we do things, but, in addition, moving towards the fundamental process of transformation of society, which is all that corresponds to the structure of society,” he said.
He confirmed that four generative questions related to the consolidation of the 21st century Historical Bloc of Venezuela were discussed at this preliminary meeting.
President Maduro participated in the meeting by telephone, who, through direct contact, expressed his certainty in collective leadership and in the creative powers of the people to work for the great transformation of Venezuela.
