Bolivarian Government hands over the rehabilitated Alberto Müller Rojas Bolivarian High School

The Minister of Popular Power for
Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, handed over the completely rehabilitated by the National
Government the Alberto Müller Rojas Bolivarian Lyceum, located in the El Valle parish
of the Libertador municipality in Caracas.
“We came today to verify the full
scope of what was done here and we can say that 100% of
everything that had been proposed was fulfilled. The 29 classrooms, laboratories,
gymnasium and recreational areas were rehabilitated,” he said during a visit with
President Nicolás Maduro at the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year.
He pointed out that 100% of the
waterproofing of the ceilings, painting of the classrooms and the renovation of
everything that is carpentry were also carried out. At the same time, he thanked the support of the civic-military union
expressed in the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES).
In this regard, he stressed to young people that rehabilitated areas are for them “because they are the future of the Homeland, the future is you today, but projected forward, because tomorrow you are the ones who may be teaching here or in another profession in the labor market of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”
“Education is a flag of the Bolivarian Revolution (...) even though imperialism fires its missiles at schools, we are very stubborn and go headlong into all the country's educational facilities,” he said.
He reaffirmed that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces “accompanies this beginning of class with great passion throughout the country.” In turn, he indicated that the military corps will remain deployed in the national territory to accompany young people in their educational units.
