The Bolivarian Government continues to build the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Highway in the state of Anzoátegui in a sustained manner, specifically on the Píritu - Pachaquito section.
As part of these tasks, 300 tons of hot asphalt are currently being placed, to reach a cumulative total of 34,817 tons. In addition, progress was made in the construction of embankments, stabilization of slopes and formation of laterals.
The Sectorial Vice Presidency of Public Works and Services is implementing the development of the Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho Highway, through the Venezuela Renace Plan.
In this way, the above-mentioned road works are integrated with other infrastructure developments in the eastern territory, such as the future tourist walk in honor of the Virgin of La Candelaria, which will be built at the entrance to Cantaura.
