Bolivarian Government awards 210 research credits to Women of Science

The Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, during her participation in the Women of Science Meeting, led by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the award of 210 credits for applied technology research in the country.

The Sectorial Vice President of Science, Technology, Education and Health, from the Aquiles Nazoa Cultural House, specified that 821 scientists and scientists will be involved in these investigations, with funding of more than 7 and a half million dollars.

“These women participated in the discussion of the 7 Transformations of the State, recommended by the National Executive and in that regard they made recommendations for the elaboration of the State's scientific agenda, with prioritized lines of research that respond to the needs of our country,” Jiménez emphasized.
