This February 6, more than 151 officials of the Bolivar State Police met at the Club Caronoco de Ferrominera del Orinoco in Puerto Ordaz to receive uniforms, supplies and the first batch of motorcycle-type vehicles, which will allow the most effective performance of their functions in terms of patrolling, guarding and protecting communities for the celebration of Carnival in the region.

The activity was propitious for the Heads of Dependency, Heads of Stations and Heads of Peace Quadrants belonging to the Bolivar State Police to participate in an extensive debate to learn more about the 7 Transformations (7T) established by President Nicolás Maduro.

G/D Jesús Andrés Arteaga Simancas, Director of the Bolivar State Police, reported that emphasis was placed on point 3 of the 7T, which establishes work for the establishment and strengthening of Peace, Security and Territorial Integrity. He also indicated that the 83 Peace Quadrants belonging to the PEB will serve as information points on the subject, seeking to involve the Bolivarian community in the plans and policies established by the national government.

As a result of this endowment and the training received, a significant improvement is expected in the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bolivar State Police in its work of citizen protection. This joint effort between law enforcement authorities and the national government demonstrates the commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the Bolivarian community.

Arteaga stressed that Jesús Zambrano Mata, Secretary of Strategic Affairs and Special Projects of the Government of the Bolivar State Government, and State responsible for the 3rd, were present at the G/D activity of the National Army.
