To the sound of the gaita and the party, this Tuesday, October 1, starting at 6:00pm, the Bolivar squares of the 335 municipalities of the country welcomed Christmas, with lights and concerts turned on.

With these symbolic acts, the Christmas festival officially began throughout Venezuela in accordance with the guidelines of President Nicolás Maduro, who announced an agenda prepared for the festivities.

According to the announcement made by the National President, the festivities will last until January 15, 2025.

IN CARACAS

In Caracas, the people welcomed Christmas in Plaza Bolívar with free concerts, as well as with the lighting of symbols typical of these festivities and fireworks.

In this venue, the cultors of the Great Mission Viva Venezuela presented their Great Concert My Dear Homeland, as reported by the Minister for Culture, Ernesto Villegas in the presidential program.

Also, during the same program, the merenguero Omar Enrique indicated that in the parish of Petare, specifically in the Great Wall, he and his group, Sergio Vargas, Bony Cepeda; Jorge Celedón, Gio Fernández, Mabel Yeah, Afro Criollo, El Potro Álvarez, Banny Costa, Xuxo and Karliam.

IN ZULIA

In the Acoustic Shell of the Ana María Campos Monumental Park, in Zulia, there will also be concerts with the Cardinals of Success, Omar Acedo, Perfect Melody, Ángel Ali; Elder Dayan, Carlos Romero, El Potrillo, the girls from Can, Roberto Antonio and Billo's from Caracas.

LOS TEQUES

Also in Plaza Bolívar de Los Teques, capital of Miranda, the town enjoyed the presentation of the musical group Alma Gaitera, children, young people, and older adults gathered to share the joy of the December and Christmas spirit that invites us to meet again and celebrate with family warmth.
