This Thursday, January 18, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, accompanied the People of Barinas in the March Against the Coup and Conspiracy, in which the commitment of the men and women of the Fatherland “to peace, national union and tranquility” was expressed.



During the activity, he recalled that this is not the first time that the Venezuelan opposition has tried to promote acts of violence and destabilization. “This is like an old film and we have to take good care of ourselves, we have to act firmly (...) because the people of Barinas and Venezuelans have the right to live in peace in their land, in their people, in the community, in their neighborhood, in their country; and we assume the responsibility that falls to us,” he said.

In that sense, referring to the violent and conspiracy acts carried out recently in Barinas, he indicated that the governor is the first person responsible for peace in the state, “otherwise he goes into a general state of suspicion, he cannot play crazy with the issue of violence in Barinas, he cannot pretend that he does not exist here.”



In addition, he called on him to “tie up the madmen” who want to generate violence and destabilize the entity. “Lock up his madmen and women, because otherwise we will firmly believe that he is behind the violence in Barinas,” he said.

In the same way, he indicated that the people arrested in the entity, linked to the attempts reported by President Nicolás Maduro in his Memory and Account, are subject to the order of justice and the law.


“Justice is moving at a good pace (...) their yoyo goes away as soon as they grab them with the phone. Everything is there, there is the plan, there are those linked and we are going for them, the authorities are going for them (...) The one who falls it sucks, the one who doesn't owe it doesn't fear it, but the one who owes it will pay it, because enough of us running the wrinkle and following the conspiracies,” he emphasized.

He also indicated that “investigations will be carried out within the framework of the rule of law , respect for human rights, but also in the State's obligation to preserve peace for all citizens and citizens.”


“They were preparing the plan and while they were doing that, the State and its security bodies were acting and today several people are being arrested. These are people who work for the interests of North American imperialism, civilians and soldiers retired from the worst who have left,” he said, while assuring that true patriotic soldiers are on the side of the People and with the Bolivarian Revolution.

In view of this, he specified, in the face of conspiracies and violence, this People are willing to defend the Homeland and the Revolution. “We are not going to let ourselves be defeated, we are going to beat them on whatever ground (...) We will continue to stand up against imperialism, but here they will not rule this country again (...) Barinas is alert, standing up and here they will not pass and will never return,” he said.

At the same time, he called on the llanera entity to be alert and not to fall for the manipulators, with those who have requested more than 900 sanctions against the Venezuelan people.

“Tealight that lights up, little candle that must be turned off at once. What's more, let's not let that candle burn. Commander (Hugo) Chávez once said that every 11 has its 13, today we have to say: Every 11 has its 11, because on the same day we are going to answer them, we are going to defeat them and we will put them under the command of the authorities,” he said.

For his part, the political liaison of the PSUV in Barinas, Jorge Arreaza, highlighted the efforts of the Bolivarian Government to maintain peace in the country and denounced the attempts of the Venezuelan right that wants to place the llanera entity as the epicenter of violence.

“In Barinas we are stopping them, and if we stop it in Barinas we will stop it all over the country (...) If you are going to provoke the People of Venezuela, if you are going to provoke the People of Barinas: Get ready! (the right) because what comes with Bolivarian anger is bringing order and justice to the Homeland of Bolívar and Chávez,” he said.
