The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, asked international representatives who are currently in Caracas not to lose focus on what is happening in Palestine and Venezuela simultaneously.
“Venezuela has been under siege for a long time and the plans they have against us are literally to replicate what happened in Gaza,” Saab said during his speech at the Conference on Solidarity with Palestine held in Caracas.
He emphasized that the plans that the commandos had after the presidential elections of July 28 were to carry out terrorist acts. “The plan didn't fit me in the slightest was a doubt, it was to replicate what the Zionist State of Israel is doing to Palestine.”
“The popular and military unity of our people stopped in its tracks the civil war plan sought by these right-wing factors, the Public Ministry acted, the courts, the intelligence agencies and we prevented that 28J, which was an excuse for an armed insurrection, from taking place,” he said.
The Prosecutor stressed that anti-fascist forums are being held in Venezuela with the participation of international guests so that they can then replicate the message in their countries.
In that regard, he asserted that Venezuela is becoming the capital of international solidarity with peoples who are fighting for their independence, liberation and resistance.
