The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, announced that to date there are more than 80 police and military officials injured, following acts of violence promoted by the extreme right.

During a press conference from the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Attorney General sent words of solidarity to the families of the officials of the various security forces who have been attacked by criminal groups.

Saab highlighted that most of the arrested criminals did not even vote in the presidential elections of July 28. “They generated isolated pockets of violence, they are criminal, they were not peaceful demonstrators, who caused a lot of damage, to health centers, to means of transport and to public institutions,” he revealed.

“There is no poop here, they must answer for their actions. This is not a game,” said the Prosecutor, at the same time he expressed compassion for these young people who are losing their minds and their future. “For what? You take to the streets of Venezuela today and you will only see absolute peace of mind,” he said.

It also confirmed that isolated sources of violence have been completely alleviated. “That deserves the recognition and applause of the security forces. There won't be the inaction of 2017 here.”

In addition, he congratulated the People of Venezuela, the workers, the housewives, who have not fallen to the calls to generate violence and have gone out to work.
