The artist, researcher and teacher, Edgar Álvarez Estrada, was honored in the spaces of the National Art Gallery (GAN), where the young sculptor from Carabobeño, Josué Benjamín, made a sculptural model in honor of the deceased master.
At the event, the Deputy Minister of Image and Space Arts, of the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, Mary Pemjean, welcomed Benjamin, who recently returned from Europe, and highlighted the importance of sharing his art and knowledge in his native country.

During sculptural modeling, he shared details of his trip to Poland, Germany, and commented on how proud he is to carry sculptures made in Venezuela to be admired and acquired abroad.
