Arismendi communities in Barinas promote projects for the Historical Congress

In the Arismendi municipality, Barinas state, several meetings were held with the objective of strengthening the organization, formation and social and economic development of the organized people, to be proposed for the Congress of the Historical Bloc.

According to information from the PSUV, these meetings were held in the region's recently inaugurated situation room of Popular Power, accompanied by Mayor Pedro Misael Moreno, who highlighted the importance of this new room, designed to provide technical advice and support to Community Councils, Communes and community circuits.

“We are inaugurating a situation room to serve the Community Councils, Communes and community circuits with technical advice, promotion of the project campaign, among other services that contribute to the experience, participation, commitment, empowerment and the scope of significant changes in organized communities, complying with the instructions of our president Nicolás Maduro,” he said.

Moreno stressed that in Arismendi, the deployment of popular assemblies continues to be deployed in order to evaluate community plans and projects for the Great Congress of the Bolivarian, Popular, Chavista and Socialist Historical Bloc of Venezuela for the 21st century.

At that meeting, the mayor took the opportunity to accompany the signing of agreements for electrification projects in the community circle axis of Guasimo and teacher Hugo Chávez, as well as in the Caño Seco, Calabocito and Boquerona Community Councils of the Three B.
