Aragua hosted the country's First Meeting of Producers, Agroindustrialists and Silos

In the state of Aragua, the country's First Meeting of Producers, Agroindustrialists and Silos was held, from the white and yellow corn sectors, with the participation of the Minister of Popular Power for productive agriculture and land G/D Menry Fernández Pereira, who installed the technical table for the corn sector, prior to the start of the 2024 harvest cycle of this cereal, according to Information from Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

This table will be made up of national primary producers, storage and agro-industrial silos from all over the country, and will seek to optimize the processes for planting, harvesting and supplying white and yellow corn.

In this regard, Fernández specified that “these tables are spaces for consultation that we install, they are permanent”.

In the same way, he added that, in this activity, an exchange of experiences, knowledge and visions was developed to strengthen production.
