From the social network X, the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) reported that the month-on-month variation of the National Consumer Price Index (INPC) in April 2024 was 2%, considered the lowest figure this month in a 12-year period.

In addition to the text, the publication shows a graph of the slowdown in inflation in the country.

“The monthly variation of the INPC in April 2024 was 2%. This result represents the lowest inflation for 12 years, within the framework of a new economy and with the own efforts of all Venezuelans,” the BCV reported.
